  1. Choose your username carefully — it will form the URL of your vCard (e.g. yourdomain/vcard/your-username/) and is also used to log in. It cannot be changed later.
  2. Individual or Business?
    Choose Individual if you are a single doctor creating one vCard for yourself. Individual accounts are currently free, supported by ads (which can be optionally removed).

    Choose Business if you need multiple cards for different doctors in your organisation — and pick a username that reflects your clinic, hospital or organisation name. ⚠ Business accounts are by subscription only. You will be contacted by the admin after registration to arrange payment before your account is activated.

Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only. This becomes your card URL.
Valid email required.
Required. Include country code, e.g. +60 for Malaysia.
Your Malaysian Medical Council registration number. Required for individual doctors.
At least 6 characters.
