Before You Begin
Prepare the basics first so your vCard looks complete from the first publish. You will need your name, professional title, organisation or clinic name, contact details, and a clear profile photo.
- Use the name patients and colleagues already recognise.
- Keep your title specific, for example Consultant Cardiologist or Family Medicine Specialist.
- Choose a professional photo with good lighting and a simple background.
Build Your Profile
After signing in, open the vCard editor and fill in the profile fields from top to bottom. The phone preview updates as you type, so you can judge spacing, length, and readability immediately.
- Add your profile photo and optional cover image.
- Enter your name, job title, organisation, and short bio.
- Use the bio to explain your role clearly rather than listing every credential.
- Adjust colours only enough to match your professional identity and keep contrast readable.
Add Contact Links
Add only the contact methods you are comfortable making public. Common choices are work phone, work email, WhatsApp, clinic website, Google Maps location, and LinkedIn.
- Use country code format for Malaysian numbers, such as +60123456789.
- Put the most important phone number first, because it is used for the main call action.
- Use full URLs for websites and maps so visitors land in the correct place.
Publish Safely
The editor may keep draft changes while you work, but your public card changes only after you click Publish. Before publishing, scan the preview and test your most important contact buttons.
